CFO - Everon Group
We are supporting Everon Group to find their next Chief Financial Officer (CFO), who will own the Group's finance function and act as a close partner to the CEO, Board, management and investors.
About the company
Everon Group is a technology-driven company operating in the digital care solutions space, supporting public sector organisations, private sector clients, and assisted living providers across Sweden, the UK and Finland. The company combines software, data and connected hardware solutions, and is currently undergoing a strategic shift towards a more scalable, software-led business model.
With approximately 90 employees and annual revenues of around EUR 18 million, Everon operates across three markets with differing business models and customer dynamics. Sweden is currently the largest market, while the UK represents a key growth opportunity.
About the role
In this position, you will have overall responsibility for the finance function across multiple markets and act as a close partner to the CEO, Board, management and investors. The CFO will be part of the executive management team and play a key role in shaping the company’s financial direction, supporting growth and contributing to strategic decision-making at Group level.
You will be instrumental in developing financial processes, strengthening reporting and supporting the business in making data-driven decisions. The role combines a strategic perspective with a hands-on approach and offers significant exposure to both operational and transactional topics.
Key responsibilities
Act as a strategic business partner to the CEO and leadership team
Drive financial planning, forecasting, budgeting and scenario modelling
Develop and improve financial reporting, structures and decision support
Prepare and present materials for Board meetings
Manage investor relations, financing discussions and external stakeholders
Support M&A activities and other corporate development initiatives
About your profile
We are looking for a senior finance leader with a strong commercial mindset and the ability to operate both strategically and operationally.
You have experience working in an international environment and are comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders, including Boards and investors.
You bring a structured and analytical approach, combined with strong communication skills and the ability to translate financial information into clear insights and recommendations.
Experience from private equity-backed companies and involvement in financial transactions or capital processes is highly valued.
You have a general interest for technology and utilisation of AI tools in your daily work, and know how to use them properly
Additional information
The position is based in Sweden, with regular presence expected at the company’s office in the Norrköping region, as well as travel within the Group.
