Haeger & Carlsson Executive Search and Interim is recruiting a CEO for a Swedish startup medtech company specializing in emergency care, with strong commercial potential and a clear societal value.

The CEO will lead the company into its next phase, with a focus on establishing a solid foundation for commercialisation in the European market. Their product is an ISO 13485‑certified Class I medical device.

As CEO you will be instrumental in leading the company and organization in a very exciting and critical phase. You will be strategic and yet very hands on in creating new partnerships, building the company´s sales, market cap and gross margin. You are a very capable leader and a very transparent and good communicator, both internally and externally.

Objectives for the position:

• Establish a sales organization in Sweden with revenues and budget targets.

• Responsible for closing agreements with key sales accounts, with direct personal sales responsibility.

• Develop a clear internationalization strategy and initiated execution.

Location: Stockholm
Travel: As required, could be intense from time to time
Languages: English is a requirement, Swedish is a big advantage
